Small, net metered photovoltaic array that is being dual-used to produce vegetable crops under the panels, in the inter-row spacing and on the fence line. The goal of this project was to demonstrate that it is viable to grow vegetable crops under the array, in the inter-row spacing and on the fence line of the array. Arguments in town used to deny permits to build arrays were that they took valuable farmland out of production. Our mission was to show that this did not have to be the case and that dual-use solar was one tool that could be utilized to keep farms sustainable.
