Pressure Differential

Pressure differential devices are located below the waves and use the pressure difference between the crest and troughs of waves. On one side, the higher pressure of the crest causes a device to compress and on the other side, the lower pressure of the trough causes the device to expand. Power is extracted as air flows between the chambers. For more information, refer to the PRIMRE/MRE Basics information on Pressure Differential devices.
