Community Services with a SMART Hybrid System at Bellavista Peru
Deployment of Smart HydroPower's SMART Hybrid System (2 river turbines + photovoltaic + backup generator) augmented with 20 kWh of batteries to provide power to the remote village of Bellavista which is only accessible by boat from the Napo River. The power is now put to use for community services, public lighting, potable water, cooling and ice making.
