Waterotor

Waterotor is a fully submerged system that can operate in water speeds as slow as 2 mph, but prefers speeds around 4 mph. It is a unique drum-like ‘rolling torque induction system’, the rotor of which converts both ram-torque energy and lift forces . Waterotor is a patented and scalar technology.
