HAE Oceanus

Hydro Alternative Energy's (HAE) Oceanus system consists of two primary modules: the “shroud” and the engine module, which is housed in the shroud. The shroud is designed to accelerate the velocity of the water flow as it passes through the engine module. The engine module houses the turbine, which resembles a vertical axis turbine with wedged shaped blades. The device is intended to be modular, with a full scale design 10 stories high.
