Harmonized Emissions Analysis Tool (HEAT)
Approach
HEAT is an online tool to build an emissions inventory based on local energy use, transportation demand, and waste practices. The tool will also help a user/city build a simple emissions forecast, set a targets for reducing emissions, and quantify emission reduction activities and their co-benefits. HEAT is available for 7 countries and regions, including India, Philippines, Korea, South Africa, Europe, Brazil and USA.
