The Galvin Electricity Initiative (GEI) is focused on smartgrid technologies that are consumer driven[1]. Galvin works with communities to spur regulatory reforms that support smart micro-grids systems, outreach and awareness programs, and smartgrid development and demonstration projects for communities and smaller entities. The policy tool-kit provides information on policy framework for consumer-driven electric power systems, regulatory issues, and establishment of consumer principles.
