Abstract
Forest Service Manual setting for procedures under the Sikes Act which directs the Secretary of Agriculture in cooperation with State agencies, to develop a comprehensive plan for the conservation and rehabilitation of wildlife, fish, and threatened and endangered species on lands under the Secretary's jurisdiction. These plans include the work needed to accomplish the goals of the plan.
