Abstract
The ALDOT Utility Manual delineates both the requirements and procedures necessary for utility relocation, maintenance, or new utility construction associated with highway-project construction. Further, it provides the policies, procedures and practices that affect the relationship between ALDOT and entities that wish to develop utility lines and appurtenances within the right-of-way of state highways.
