Currently NREL is working with Mexico to develop wind resource assessments including wind maps for Tamuilipas and & Baja California (10/10) and to prepare wind development scenarios for these regions (6/10).
Activities in the past have included an ESCO program, wind resource assessment and mapping and technical support for existing hybrid systems. [1]
