Arizona State University’s Solar Power Lab serves a staging ground for the new technologies and ideas that will move us forward in our quest for a more sustainable society. They have numerous capabilities including:

  • Pilot lines for 156mm solar cells with diffused or hetero-junctions.
  • Solar cell characterization.
  • MBE system and MOCVD system for III-V and related materials to grow nano-structured and multi-junction solar cells.


ASU Solar Power Laboratory is a part of the American-Made Network.
