ASU Solar Power Laboratory
Arizona State University’s Solar Power Lab serves a staging ground for the new technologies and ideas that will move us forward in our quest for a more sustainable society. They have numerous capabilities including:
- Pilot lines for 156mm solar cells with diffused or hetero-junctions.
- Solar cell characterization.
- MBE system and MOCVD system for III-V and related materials to grow nano-structured and multi-junction solar cells.
ASU Solar Power Laboratory is a part of the American-Made Network.
