Ask queries

OpenEI's wiki uses Semantic Mediawiki (SMW). SMW provides inline queries in the form of an Ask query, which can also be modified into a web service (see OpenEI REST services documentation).
Ask queries can be executed here and exported to a variety of forms (e.g. JSON, CSV, HTML table)
