Description
This rate is available for all non-residential uses of electricity to Customers who take all of their electric service through a single meter, subject to the availability of time-of-use meters as determined by the Company. This rate is not available when Customer's load for billing purposes either exceeds or is estimated to exceed 10 kilowatts in any billing month. Two daily time periods are included in this rate as follows: (1) During the months of June through September, the peak period shall be the hours between 9 A.M. and 6 P.M. weekdays. During the months of October through May, the peak period shall be the hours between 8 A.M. and 9 P.M. weekdays. (2) All other hours shall be off-peak
