This Schedule is available on a voluntary and pilot basis to the first fifty (50) permanent individually metered residential consumers that sign up for this Schedule. Service under this Schedule is available in all territory served by the Cooperative and subject to the Cooperative’s established Service Rules and Regulations and applicability stated herein. Residential consumers signing up for this Schedule understand that the Cooperative is offering this Schedule on a “pilot-basis” to evaluate the benefits for both the consumer and the Cooperative and that the Schedule may discontinued at any time by the Cooperative.
