Description
This rate is a General Service rate where applicable Customer's average monthly maximum demand is 20 kW or less per month. This rate has three parts: a basic service charge; a demand charge for the average demand (kW) supplied during the 1-hour period of maximum use during the month; and an energy charge for the total energy (kWh) used for the entire month. The energy charge will vary by season (summer or winter).
