Description
This rate schedule is available on an annual basis for lighting and power in municipal buildings in communities where the Company has a franchise for the generation, distribution, and sale of electric service, together with a standard contract for the operation of a street lighting system, when the Customer purchases its entire lighting and power requirements from the Company. It is optional with the Customer whether service will be billed under this schedule or any other standard schedule available. The Customer having selected one schedule may not change to another schedule within a twelve-month period, unless there is a substantial change in the character or conditions of its service.
