Description
To any customer where the measured monthly billing demand is 1000 kW or more four months out of the twelve consecutive monthly billing periods ending with the current billing period. Also at the option of the customer, to any customer with demands of less than 1000 kW, but more than 699 kW, who agrees to pay for service under this rate schedule for a minimum initial term of twelve months. Resale of energy purchased under this rate schedule is not permitted.
