Available to any Secondary Nonresidential Customer for lighting and for power, provided that all electric service is supplied at one location on the Customer's premises. This rate is applicable when any portion of the Customer's service is rendered at Secondary voltage. The rates include the Distribution+ Generation+ Transmission charges along with the sum of all adjustments that are applicable.
