Description
Available to customers who use energy storage devices with time-differentiated load characteristics approved by the Company, such as electric thermal storage space heating and/or cooling systems and water heaters, which consume electrical energy only during off-peak hours specified by the Company and store energy for use during on-peak hours. A time-of-day meter is required to take service under this provision. Customers who desire to separately wire their energy storage load to a time-of-day meter and their general-use load to a standard meter shall receive service under the appropriate provisions of the Standard Schedule.
