Available to customers eligible for Tariff R.S. (Residential Service) who use energy-storage devices with time-differentiated load characteristics approved by the Company, such as electric thermal storage space-heating and/or cooling systems and water heaters which consume electrical energy only during offpeak hours specified by the Company and store energy for use during on-peak hours. Households eligible to be served under this tariff shall be metered through one single-phase, multiregister meter capable of measuring electrical energy consumption during the on-peak and off-peak billing periods.
