Description
This rate is available to customers using the Company's standard service which is specified as a single point of delivery per premises from an existing overhead distribution system. It is not available for resale. This schedule is available for service furnished for the operation of electric motor driven pumps and equipment supplying water for the irrigation of farmlands and plant nurseries, and irrigation to provide adequate moisture for vegetative cover to control erosion and provide runoff. The pumping units served hereunder shall be used solely for the purpose of irrigation. All motors of more than 5 H.P. shall be approved by the Company. The Company reserves the right to deny service to any motor which will be detrimental to the service of other customers. Upon request, customer may pay all cost associated with upgrading the system to the point at which starting the customer's motor will not degrade the service to the other customers.
