Description
Available for electric service to individual residential customers, including rural residential customers engaged principally in agricultural pursuits, who take Standard Service from the Company and wish to be metered through one single phase multiple register meter capable of measuring electrical energy consumption during the on peak and off peak billing periods. This Schedule is available for single-phase residential service. Where the residential customer requests three-phase service, this Schedule will apply if the residential customer pays to the Company a CIAC representing the difference between constructing single-phase service and three-phase service. Where motors or heating equipment are used for commercial or industrial purposes, the applicable general service Standard Schedule will apply to such service. The on peak billing period is defined as 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., local time, for all weekdays, Monday through Friday. The off peak billing period is defined as 8 p.m. to 7 a.m., local time, for all weekdays, all hours of the day on Saturdays and Sundays, and the legally observed holidays of New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
