Description
Available to Small Power Producers and Cogenerators that are a Qualifying Facility as defined by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Order No. 70 under Docket No. RM 79-54. This schedule is not available for Qualifying Facilities that have power production capacity greater than 100 KW. Energy supplied by the Qualifying Facility must be at 60 hertz and voltage, phase and power factor approved by the Company. Energy supplied by the Qualifying Facility must be at a voltage level compatible with the voltage level of the Company's system at the point of delivery.
