Description
To any customer where the measured monthly On-Peak billing demand is 1000 kW or more four or more months out of twelve consecutive monthly billing periods ending with the current billing period. Also, at the option of the customer, to any customer with demands of less than 1000 kW, but more than 699 kW. Resale of energy purchased under this rate schedule is not permitted.
