This rate schedule is applicable to all Standard Offer and Direct Access customers whose Average Monthly Maximum Demand is greater than 400kW per month. The Company will place the Customer on the applicable Rate Schedule E-32 TOU XS, E-32TOUS, E-32 TOU M, or E-32 TOU L based on the Average Monthly Maximum Demand, as determined by the Company each year.
