AVAILABILITY Service under this schedule is available at points on the Company's interconnected system within the State of Idaho where existing secondary distribution facilities of adequate capacity, phase and voltage are available adjacent to the Customer's Premises and the only investment required by the Company is an overhead service drop. ADDITIONAL CHARGES Applicable only to municipalities or agencies of federal, state, or county governments with an authorized Point of Delivery having the potential of intermittent variations in energy usage. Intermittent Usage Charge, per unit, per month $1.00 *Power Cost Adjustment = $0.$0.01170800/kWh *Includes a 2.75% Energy Efficiency Rider
