Abstract

These regulations provide a uniform system for regulating the location, construction, maintenance, removal and relocation of utility facilities on the right of way of roadways located on the state highway system. It also provides for the public safety and the facilitation of construction and maintenance of these roadways. Any location or relocation of utility facilities contrary to this information is declared to be an interference with the construction, maintenance or operation of a state highway and its right of way and is prohibited.
