Proposed Action
"Deep Rose, LLC (Deep Rose) of Ridgecrest, California has proposed the construction of a well pad, access road, water line, support facilities (i.e. truck turnout areas and water storage areas), and the drilling and testing of up to four geothermal exploratory wells in Inyo County. After the initial well, subsequent wells may or may not be drilled based on the subsurface geological investigations. "
