A type of climate defined in the ASHRAE 169-2006 standard.

Climate Zone Number 1 is defined as

  • Very Hot – Humid(1A) with IP Units 9000 < CDD50ºF and SI Units 5000 < CDD10ºC
  • Dry(1B) with IP Units 9000 < CDD50ºF and SI Units 5000 < CDD10ºC
