Summary

The City of Avondale provides incentives for homeowners in Avondale to improve the efficiency of their homes. Replacement air conditioners which qualify for the federal government's tax credit can receive a $350 rebate from the city. The city also provides rebates to homeowners who have their duct work tested or repaired, and to homeowners who participate in their Home Performance with Energy Star program.
