Abstract
The Washington Administrative Code Section 332-30 seeks to manage the state-owned aquatic lands. Several goals of this management include: ensuring environmental protection, encouraging public use, promoting the production of renewable resources as well as other minerals and materials, and generating income while adhering to the other outlined goals. These aquatic lands are managed as a public trust, and permitted activities shall be consistent with this responsibility to the public to ensure that these areas will provide a rich land base for a variety of recreational, economic and natural process activities.
