Vera Irrigation District #15 offers rebates to electric customers who improve energy efficiency. Rebates are available for water heaters, windows, heat pumps, clothes washer, duct sealing and appliance recycling. Certain efficiency standards must be met in order to receive a rebate for water heaters or windows. Vera Irrigation District also provides a $450 rebate for the installation of energy-efficient heat pumps; ductless heat pumps are eligible incentives of up to $1,500.
