From Open Energy Information

Chinese Turbine Manufacturer

Tang Energy Group (based in Dallas, Texas ?) has been creating clean energy projects in China since 1996.

Tang has successfully completed projects with partners ranging from provincial Chinese governmental entities to significant Chinese corporations.

The group developed, and continues to develop, projects in Xinjiang, Gansu, Hebei and Shanxi provinces. Current projects include manufacturing wind turbine rotor blades, developing wind farms, providing wind equipment and cleaning coal emissions.

Tang Energy co-founded HT Blade [1], China's largest wind turbine blade manufacturer, and the second largest 'pure-play' rotor blade manufacturer in the world. HT Blade's position as a leading rotor blade manufacturer positions the company to take advantage of the continuous growth in the wind power sector in China and throughout the world. HT Blade is located in Baoding, Hebei Province.

In 2007, HT Blade began preparing to export to US.
