'''This program is no longer offered.''' Beginning in February 2008, Cobb Energy Management Corporation (EMC) offers rebates for residential solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. Cobb EMC is offering members $450 per kilowatt-AC (kW-AC) installed, up to a maximum of 10 kW. In order to receive the rebate, PV systems must be interconnected to the grid. A rebate of $450 per system is also offered to solar water heating systems installed. For more information and application forms, see the program web site listed above. <br> ''Cobb EMC also offers a green power purchasing program called ''[ ''Green Power EMC'']''.
