Abstract BEST-Cement is a process-based tool design
BEST-Cement is a process-based tool designed for use in China.It was developed by the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in collaboration with the Energy Research Institute, the China Cement Association, the China Building Materials Academy, and Shandong University. The tool sets a reasonable benchmark for comparison and allows the user to do either a quick assessment or a more detailed assessment based on the level of detail of the energy input.
