All equipment and measures must meet program requirements for efficiency. The residential offer is limited to two of each qualifying measure per customer, per calendar year. A rebate form may be found on the program web site listed above. Customers will need to include a signed rebate application, SWG gas account number, copy of sales receipt or invoice stating place and date of purchase, brand and model number.
