Legal Document- Permit Application: Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure – Instructions for Applicants for Utility Permit

Abstract
In Saskatchewan, the construction and installation of a utility in, along or across the Right of Way for a public highway requires the prior approval of the Ministry. To obtain the approval of the Ministry for the installation of a utility in a Right of Way, a Utility Permit Application must be submitted to the Regional Office of Saskatchewan Highways and Infrastructure. The first page of the Utility Permit Application contains instructions, including the required components of a complete Utility Permit Application.
