Each operator of a nuclear power generating facility shall notify the Commissioner of Environmental Protection or his designee, which may be another State Agency, as soon as possible but in all cases within one hour, by telephone, of the occurrence of significant events as defined by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
