Public Utility Certificate: The Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission does not a have a state specific certificate process for transmission line development. Public utilities may need a Site Certification Agreement from the Washington State Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council. WAC - 463-61 - Electrical Transmission Facilities.
Interconnection Request: Washington does not currently have a state specific interconnection request process.
