Federal Hydropower Waste & Hazardous Material Assessment(18-FD)

A hydropower developer may need to prepare a Spill Prevention, Control, and Contingency Plan that minimizes the potential for the discharge of oil from an above ground storage tank. Additionally, in the event that a hazardous substance is released at the project site, the developer will need to cooperate with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to report and clean up the hazardous waste.
