Through the Rebates for Multi-Family Properties Program, PG&E offers prescriptive rebates for owners and managers of multi-family properties of two or more units. Insulation, appliances, boilers and water heating, HVAC, and lighting improvements are among the eligible products for rebates. All equipment must meet program requirements listed on the PG&E program web site or application forms. Owners or managers can receive rebates for singular improvements or a range of upgrades implemented. Maximum total incentive amounts may apply.
