Retrocommissioning: $20,000
Retrocommissioning: Building must have at least 40,000 sq ft of conditioned space

Otter Tail Power Company Rebate Program offers rebates to qualifying commercial, industrial, and agricultural customers for the installation of high-efficiency equipment upgrades. See the program web site for applicability and maximum amounts for certain technologies. Under Minnesota's Conservation Improvement Plan (CIP), Minnesota customers are eligible for additional rebates, including:

  • commercial refrigeration
  • commercial water heating
  • thermal storage
  • commercial refrigeration
  • commercial/industrial lighting
  • motors/ASDs
  • geothermal and air-source heat pumps
  • retrocommissioning
