The monthly payment is based on a whole dollar figure and will be included on the monthly utility bill. Loans over $5,000 must be secured by a Deed of Trust. There is a $50 service charge for residential loan applications and a $100 service charge for commercial loan applications. The service charge can be included in the amount financed.
