Chicopee Electric Light (CEL) offers a variety of incentives for its residential customers to increase the energy efficiency of participating homes. CEL provides rebates for heat pump water heaters, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, clothes washers, AC systems and heat pumps. Customers may access the application form on the program web site. CEL also provides an insulation rebate of 30% of the installed cost up to a maximum reimbursement of $300. Review the program web site for more information on program requirements and terms.
