Summary
Through a multi-member partnership, Cape Light Compact (CLC) and Masssave offer a variety of financial incentives for commercial, industrial, and municipal facilities. Custom rebate options are available for both new construction and retrofit measures in commercial/industrial buildings, as well as for small businesses and municipal projects. New and existing buildings may be eligible for prescriptive rebates on HVAC equipment and controls, motor VFDs, sensors and lighting equipment/controls through the partnership. Rebates may vary depending on whether projects are retrofit or new construction.
In the installation process, CLC may require the use of company-hired consultants and pre-approved vendors. For more information on the steps required to receive a CLC incentive, see the application checklist available on the CLC commercial rebates homepage. Additionally, architects and engineers that wish to participate in Cape Light Compact programs must attend a free informational seminar. Contact CLC or view the Masssave web site for more information on available incentives.
