Solar Information[edit]

The Canadian Solar Industries Association (CanSIA) formed in 1992 from the two leading solar associations currently serving the country. It is, “a federally registered not-for-profit association whose membership is comprised of individuals, companies and governments sharing an interest in solar technology.” The organization has eight primary goals to influence strength and professionalism in the solar market while fostering domestic and international markets and promoting the use of renewable energy.
