Blue Grass Energy, a Touchstone Energy Cooperative, is a rural electric cooperative that serves more than 53,000 members in Harrison and parts of Penderton, Nicholas, Bourbon, Jessamin, Madison, Mercer, Anderson and Franklin counties.

The Heating System Tune Up discount program is designed for consumers interested in improving the efficiency of their home's HVAC ductwork system. Qualified homes can have a certified contractor inspect the homeowner's heat pump or electric furnace and seal all accessible ductwork. Normally, a similar tune up would cost around $400 a unit, but Blue Grass Energy members only pay $50 plus $100 for each additional unit.
