Insulation: Must increase the R value by R10 or greater
Other equipment: Must meet the efficiency requirements on the program website

Installation Requirements Replacement of Electric Straight Resistance (electric forced air furnace or electric baseboard heat) as Primary Heat: Can be replaced with an electric heat pump or an efficient gas central heating system.

Maximum Incentive Incentives will not exceed 50% of the actual measure cost
