DOE Hydropower Program is a research program analyzing the benefits of hydropower. The program is partnered with Idaho National Laboratory, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. The program is organized under the DOE Office of Wind and Hydropower Technologies, located in Washington, D.C..
