Bulk Transmission Development in New Hampshire

The New Hampshire electric grid is part of the North American Electric Reliability Corporation’s (NERC) Eastern Interconnection. In New Hampshire, Northeast Power Coordinating Council is the regional entity, under NERC, charged with developing reliability standards and monitoring compliance for all owners, operators and users of the bulk electric system. New Hampshire has one balancing authority: ISO New England(ISO-NE). ISO-NE oversees the operation of the bulk electric power system and transmission lines in New Hampshire.
